...which is better than "Fartin' in Tartan!"
We have a big old snowstorm going on here, so we've had a very relaxing Sunday morning. Louise enjoyed some quality time with her Daddy while he shopped online. Our food processor finally broke yesterday after a decade. Sigh!
Louise is a big fan of that flannel tartan bathrobe lined with polar fleece!
We are SO glad we adopted this girl, even if she is breaking at least one household item a week. She has a ton of personality and has livened up all the other cats.
"Go for the 15-cup model, Daddy. Mummy said bigger is better!"
Believe it not, she is quite relaxed in this pic. He wasn't holding her head down, just petting it :)
Happy Sunday. We get to try out our new snowblower, our first one ever. My back has finally rebelled against shovelling. Since I'm the one doing most of the snow shovelling, I requested a blower. But we still have farmer Bernie doing the big job of clearing out our 700-foot laneway!
They both look very cozy and happy.
ReplyDeleteNothing so Canadian as a man in red plaid!
ReplyDeleteJane x
Love the pics! What a great way to spend a snowed in Sunday!
ReplyDeleteWait...are you saying LOUISE broke the food processor?!?!
ReplyDeleteheh.
No snow over here yet :(
ReplyDeleteNot that my mom-person is a fan of showling snow , but we do wan't a white Christmas :)
Looks like a pawsome way to spend a easy sunday !
XOXO
We got the same storm here at my son's. Today was a snow day and even church was cancelled. I will blog about it.
ReplyDeleteSimilar day here. I haven't stepped foot outside for over 24 hours. My sweet husband cleared the driveway.
ReplyDeleteLove the pictures of Louise. She reminds me of the cat that was occasionally in Charlie Brown. It never seemed to walk, just draped herself like Spanish moss over people's shoulders.
Sooo cute :-)
ReplyDeleteIt seems that big snowstorms are the order of the day this year.I went out to set my ski tacks again. The snow was very deep. This is the third time I've set tracks.
ReplyDeleteShe is such a character :)
ReplyDeleteHow do I train our Freddie to be as affectionate?
ReplyDeleteWho looks better? Gordon or Emilie? OK, both. Happy snow shovelling, we do not miss it at all by plus 8 today and sunny.
ReplyDeleteLooks like Gordon has a buddy and they go together so well!
ReplyDeleteEvery time you share a new photo, I fall in love with Louise all over again.
ReplyDeleteCozy and comfy with cat! xoxoxo
ReplyDeleteDo you think Louise knows just how lucky she is that you folks found her? She looks like she is in kitty heaven and it's obvious she loves her daddy!
ReplyDeleteWhere did you get that tartan bathrobe ? :o I want one too
