Mmmm, your pizzas sound wonderful. Any chance of getting the recipe for this one?

  2. Do you need the dough recipe? I am in Quebec City right now but can give you that when I get home. It's from my Canadian Living Cookbook (note: very good, dependable recipes at the canadianliving.com website!)

I fried up some bacon, grated a pile of mozzarella and caramelized the onions: two onions, thinly sliced, cooked in 2 tbsp. butter for 30 minutes on fairly low heat, stirring often.

For sauce, you can use tomato, or just brush the crust with some garlic (chopped) infused olive oil. Then sprinkle on maybe half the mozzarella, put on the bacon, tomatoes and onions (and whatever else you want)add the rest of the mozzarella, and bake at 500F for 12 minutes.

Now, I invested in a pizza stone and it was the best kitchen thing I have bought in ages. Does a fabulous job of crisping up the crust and evenly baking the pizza. Highly recommended! :)
