They'll be off to college soon!

We got away for three nights to New York City, and look what happens!

Our little BABIES are turning into ducks!!! I'm sure this one is a boy. I'm hoping none of the others are.

I love this little brown girl.

The chicks are growing like weeds too!

And  I turn my back for a weekend, and what happens?

Marcia goes broody! LIke I need more ducklings. But she's only sitting on three eggs so I might just let her be.

New York pics soon!

That's how it is when boys are with girls alone. Boys will be boys and girls will be girls! Anyway more adorable, fresh made, ducklings to come.

  2. How did they get so big so fast? I guess 'time flies' for them, too. More ducks, yah!

  3. Hey you're micro-managing these critters. Let them have some freedom! When I stop and think about it, people would be much better off to have a serious experience with animals. I look at how happy and excited you are with these critters and I think of all the people who could benefit with looking after some animals.

There's a line in Bernstein's Broadway show "Candide." The character of The Old Lady (Polish) says, "Leaf you a-lone for fife minoutz!" Seems a propos.
