I only had 60 minutes to slap this thing together, so it's not up to Sock Monkey standards, but I thought you'd get a kick out of the chickies. No, I can't explain the Led Zeppelin. Maybe I've been spending too much time with the chickens...
so you are coming to the Adirondacks? it is beautiful up there. I am more south, down in the Catskills. Ever been to Rhinebeck, NY? the oldest Inn in America is there. It is beautiful and huge. I live about 10 minutes away. So if you are ever in the area, shoot me an email and let me know. We also have lots of farms around here. There is a horse farm called HITS in Saugerties, NY, if you are into horses. They have shows and stuff. my email:jillybean@hvc.rr.com
For the record, my 16 year old son just discovered the "sick" (great) beats of Michael Jackson!! who knew??? Now that he is dead, my son discovers his music? too bad, he was weird, but very talented....Long live "Thriller"!!! I told him we should learn the dance....he said NO WAY!! ha,ha I embarrassed him, but isnt that my job??
Jill, we are just going to nip over the border sometime soon and do a day trip. I don't think I've been to Rhinebeck, and yes, I should remember these things, but I did a band tour of NY state at age 17 and only remember the part where we played a concert in Potsdam! If I get down there, I will email you first. I have to go Google Rhinebeck now...
I feel really old now that I know your son is "discovering" the ancient Michael Jackson. Hahahahha!
too cute!!
