Brief intermission

...from Tobago pics, that is.

Guess who ran out on the front porch (screened and enclosed, so no worries of kitty escape!) last night?

Emily then realized it was -8 Celsius out there, and just not as appealing as originally anticipated!

"Mummy! Drop the camera and LET ME IN!!!"

    1. Amazing to think Julius spent a winter outside before we adopted him in Nova Scotia. He had an incredible fur coat then!

    1. The lowest I've ever experienced is -40C. It's often -20C in January/February, or lower. We are between Ottawa and Montreal. Little Emily showed up in January this year as a tiny kitten, when it was -20 with a windchill of -28C. I spent 24 hours trying to catch her and thought she would die before I did. But she survived!!
