Last Sunday, we went over to our friend Christina's place to meet her lovely miniature horses, Zoe and Maggie-May.
I fell in instant love! Zoe is very cuddly.
Yeah, horses this size I could handle!
Christina is great with animals. She volunteers at our local shelter, was featured in my post the other day about Charlotte the chicken.
The horses are getting their winter coats on!
Love, truuuue love!
Christina's Mom gave Zoe a big kiss on the schnozz.
I gave Zoe some kisses too.
Ahem. I think this one needs to be in a caption contest!
I think I may have convinced Gordon we need some mini-horses.
Maggie-May has a gorgeous tail...
...and mane!
Thanks to Christina for a lovely visit. Tomorrow you'll get to see Christina's beagle on the catwalk!
I still think you need a donkey!
ReplyDeleteWe'll get one, don't you worry. We need to do some work on the barn, make stalls, etc.
DeleteAfter Gordon's "close encounter" with the mini horsie, I think he is convinced that you do need them!
ReplyDeleteMe too! Hahaha!
DeleteThese little guys do win in the cute dept. Some of them can be rather obstinate. Hope you get some with personality like these two.
ReplyDeleteYes indeed! Christina has been working with hers and they are coming along nicely. Zoe is really snuggly.
DeleteI need a mini horse, too! I have no idea what for, but I still need one.
ReplyDeleteIt could pull your garden cart!
DeleteBlow the horses; you are SO PHOTOGENIC. I'm still waiting to see a photo of you looking less than gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteDear Cro,
DeleteI love you.

HAHAHA! You are great for my ego. Thank you for making my morning. I think I look better in photos than in real life... :)
My mom-person say´s that she thinks the miniature horses looks to be the size she can handle too :)
ReplyDeleteTHey are just so cute! I love huge horses too (I look after my friends' Clydesdales sometimes) But little horses are much less intimidating.
DeleteAhh little sweeties!
ReplyDeleteThis post has some serious cute overload!
ReplyDeleteJane x
I had to quickly fast forward through your post because I love little horses and if I see too many cute pictures I might rush out and buy myself a couple which I can't afford right now. They are adorable. If you do get some, you will never regret it.
ReplyDeleteSo sweet!
ReplyDeleteCan you hear me laughing from here!! When I saw the title of your post, I thought, sweetie pies, sounds yummy:-D However, I wasn't disappointed by seeing these little cuties and yes, I think you need one on your farm, XOXO
ReplyDeleteThey are utterly, utterly adorable.
ReplyDeleteThey are adorable in their wooly coats!
ReplyDeleteThey are cute enough already, but then when you add the wooly winter coats I just want to dive into the picture and have a serious neck huffing on those little cute cute cute horsees! I think I'm getting incoherent about the CUTE!! Aghhh
ReplyDeleteI know! I think we need some on the farm here!
DeleteI wish I had a little farm. I would love to have a mini horse.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what Zoe is doing to Gordon but he certainly seems to be enjoying it!
ReplyDeleteA little TOO much!!
