Yesterday we got a parcel of goodies in the mail from the Fur-a-licious Felines at Katnip Lounge.
So I made a video to thank them! Photos to follow soon...
And just in case you have trouble viewing my videos on YouTube because of music copyright malarkey, here's a lower-res upload:
ha ha ha ha ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThe HI-speed action at the end KILLED ME DEAD. I think your crew will be doing some sleeping today...the carrot is filled with valerian root bits, if you see any tree-bark like pieces coming out do NOT be alarmed. (I forgot to write that in the package)
I'm so happy you all had a riot.
xx Trish and the Horde
Okay, I smelled SOMETHING in there that I knew wasn't catnip but that was driving the cats crazy. I was wondering about that! I have valerian growing in my garden and I should try digging up some roots and drying them out. I knew valerian turned cats on but I've been too lazy to try out the stuff from my garden. :)
DeleteAll the cats LOVE that cube. They all take turns snoozing in it. THanks for a ton of fun!!
And Naomi liked your note best of all! She kept lying on it and rolling on it!
DeleteChristmas again!
ReplyDeleteChristmas in January!
DeleteI'm thinking catnip may have been involved.
ReplyDeleteCatnip AND valerian, a double dose of drugs!
DeleteRight I have decided. I am putting myself through the Transmogrification Transformer, setting the "Being" dial to "Cat" and destination dial to "Knat's place". Please be kind to the rather alarmingly large pussycat that you find wailing pleadingly outside your door tomorrow morning. He won't bite, unless you try to tickle his tummy.
ReplyDeleteI'll make him a cozy bed in the barn, next to the ducks. And I'll avoid tummy-tickling at all costs...
DeleteI NEVER tire of watching cats play!
ReplyDeleteJane x
Me neither! It always makes me laugh.
DeleteI loved when you could tell the nip was working. And little Emily being one of the big guys. How cute! Yep, that Trish is a great lady. I love her blog.
ReplyDeleteEmily is fitting in SO well but I am sure she is going to rule the place when she grows up! She'll be a benign despot.
DeleteI loved watching Alex and Naomi horse around. Emile seems to love her new toys!
ReplyDeleteShe wouldn't even let me get them out of the packaging!
DeleteOh joy, cat toys and cat nip in the house:)
ReplyDeleteA happy combination!
DeleteBetter settle AndrewScotCat before my After Life time. I don't want him to sip my wine saucer when I live at your place.
ReplyDeleteThis is so much fun. It reminded me of Double and Trouble. They used my precious stuff for cat toys. They would go crazy with dried flowers and my Straw Easter bonnet. And they nipped and chew the seal skins my Inuit friends had given me when we left the Arctic. Now I know what they needed.
Oh goodness, all of you are having such a good time Em, you are having the time of your life. What fun to have new toys. Take care.
ReplyDeleteA little cutie.Luckily no trouble viewing this time!
