Growing like weeds!

If this keeps up, I'll have to change the name of my blog to "Duckling World." The babies are growing like weeds. I took so many photos on Thursday that I am going to post half today and half tomorrow!

Mama is looking more relaxed than usual!

Are you overcome with cuteness yet??

  1. They are so sweet. I bet they smell good when you nuzzle them. So, what are your plans for these little ducklings? Keeping them?

  2. Good to see you are only slightly obsessive about your babies.

I can see a duck haiku off in the distant future, with a canard (or three) as first prize.

  3. I love their colouring. Mama knows now that they will survive. She is calmer. I was the same with my boys at first. I felt that if they were out of my sight one minute they would stop breathing. When is the baptism? Can you recognise each one, yet?

  6. After so much cuteness on display I will need at least 500cc of bile, Stat!

  8. Deb, if we can find homes for a few of them, it would be great, but if not, we have space for them here. They smell pretty good! :)

Musical Gardener, a DUCK LIMERICK contest is coming!

CLaude, I can tell most of the ducklings apart now. Mama is definitely calming down around us. We haven't discussed the baptism date yet! ;))

Jennifer, not much is cuter (kittens are pretty close, though!)

Lynn, I have the other female duck eating out of my hand now. She comes running when she sees me, because she expects treats!

Jams, I'll see what I can do about the bile.

    LBM, I heartily agree!
