And I would have picked up a garter snake, though not a venomous one!

Naomi is now on the loose during the night, and since we keep finding three cats in the basement, I suspectx she is showing the boys how to hunt properly!Knatoleehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03809822081515082096noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10685986.post-15179913210803511842008-10-28T10:57:00.000-04:002008-10-28T10:57:00.000-04:00I am TOTALLY laughing like a loon here. We've never had a mouse in the house, but I DID catch a couple cats playing hockey with an annoyed garden snake in the kitchen once. A mouse I would TOTALLY pick up afterwards (cooties notwithstanding), but a snake? Not so much. Not on your life. NO. WAY. I did what any self respecting woman would do. I climbed onto the kitchen counter and screamed like the girl I am. Good luck with the mice this winter....Lizzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01799272911359715417noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10685986.post-52139668212395321872008-10-25T11:06:00.000-04:002008-10-25T11:06:00.000-04:00Love the pictures of the boyz catching up on their...Love the pictures of the boyz catching up on their zzzzzzz. As soon as I read that you pick the meeces up with your hands, I thought eeek! What if they bite you? So I was relieve to know that they didn't bite you. I've picked up wild birds in my hands and have never been bitten by them either, surprisingly.Gennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10695642340244699402noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10685986.post-74352642745520187302008-10-24T15:36:00.000-04:002008-10-24T15:36:00.000-04:00My money's on Naomi. I think female cats are much more serious about KILLING rodents than the boys are :) ... just look at their lion cousins ... the males are always just lounging around while the females do all the work. I guess you can do that when you're "king of the jungle" hahah.

K,J, W and AP have been very good lately with their mouse killing (and they're DOGS). The other day Andy came trotting out of the kitchen with a mouse tail hanging out of his mouth. Fortunately they don't eat them. Id be worried about poisoned miceys. anyway I'm very happy that they are all so eager to kill them. I can't stand seeing mouse poops around...:(

Anyway, GREAT pictures of the LIONS :DAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10685986.post-82613228925426218992008-10-24T11:22:00.000-04:002008-10-24T11:22:00.000-04:00Alex and Julius need to get it together.
