They're baaaa-ack!

Couldn't let another 24 hours elapse without more DUCKLING CUTENESS! We are letting them out to run with the big ducks almost every day now, although we turn off the electric netting fence first, and supervise them to make sure they don't get into any trouble.

Amy's beak is healing up well after her accident last month.

She likes to keep herself nice and clean and tidy, and has had no further brushes with death!

Mama Eugenia is taking a little more "me" time but if she hears a baby squeaking anywhere near me, she comes running, with the look of murder in her eyes.

Today everyone had a big grooming session.

Super cute!

Squishy is doing well too, after being stepped on a couple of weeks back.

I made a little ramp so they can get in and out of their run easily.

These three plonked down together to eat some Swish chard and stare into the chicken run.

Ducklings LOVE Swiss chard!

It's extremely cute when they walk around together.

The kids are growing up so fast. Six weeks old now!

  8. Thanks for the much-needed dose of duckling cuteness. BTW - I think Squishy is an okay name - after all, if the 7 dwarfs could be named things like Sneezy and Happy and Sleepy, why can't a duck be called Squishy?
